Staging Blog >> General Staging Feedback
A small primary school were delighted that we could help with the supply of a portable stage in just a few days to allow them to go-ahead with their xmas plays, after being let down by another staging company. We hear lots of great feedback from our customers, but from time to time we also hear bad feedback, whther it be about late deliveries, staging quality or simply something that could have been avoided.
Have you any comments to make about your staging. Revostage or other?

We deliver event management to the corporate market - hotel functions, conferences, AGMs, that sort of thing. Before we had Revostage the kit we had to use was really heavy. It needed two men to put it up and took about three times the space to store. Revostage is just as strong, it supports just as much weight, but it takes a fraction of the time to erect and only needs one person to put it up. For us that means a reduced wage bill and improved margins, while giving an even better result to our clients. “And because it is so light and easy to erect and dismantle it can be out daily - we don’t have to have such a long turnaround time. It gets used all the time, so we maximise the value of the asset. We also hire out our equipment to other event companies and end users. Because Revostage is so robust we know it will stand up really well to whatever treatment it might receive. In this business all kit eventually gets damaged, but we know we can replace and refurbish bits of Revostage when we need to. We’ve been using it for four or five years and if you run it longside any other staging you will see the benefits. “The whole point of the kit we use for staging events is that it serves its purpose for the client but the audience doesn’t even notice it’s there - and Revostage is perfect for the job.

| Handrail Problems - Peter - Choral Society | By Administrator on Jul 01 2010 at 5:11 PM |
We have had some problems with our staging handrails, they only have one locking cleat at present. What appears to be needed is 2 cleats per handrail section (do you intend to relocate the centrally located ones fitted at present?). They need to be located as close as possible to the uprights of each section, but this is limited by the fact that the edge rails of the stage sections are blocked off at each corner to the extent of 80mm on both sides. No doubt you have checked this point, and the need not to coincide with cleats fitted to stage sections. We would be grateful for your thoughs to our solution.

I couldn't agree more Peter, as so much so that we have now integrated your solution into our latest handrail design. Thanks
